GreenSunshine.net is a family owned and operated nursery in Florida, offering tropical, subtropical, unusual, and exotic plants. We have a unique selection of plants that is not likely to be found at local garden centers or corporate owned chain-stores.

Many people living in cooler climates would love to create a “tropical paradise” in their backyard or home. Our mission is to find and deliver those palms, bananas, and other tropical or subtropical plants, which will survive in colder climates or as houseplants.

On our web site you will find tropical plants that can live in colder places. Some will need special care to prepare them for winter. We have that information on our site and on the care sheets that accompany our shipments of plants.

SHIPPING – We usually use FedEx Ground service. Shipping charge is calculated based on the rates of FedEx.

We ship to the lower contiguous 48 states. For shipping outside this area, such as Alaska and Hawaii, the US territories, and other countries, please contact us for the exact shipping cost.

We ship the plants on the next Monday or Tuesday after receiving the order. Occasionally the shipping may be delayed by a week, especially if the order arrives in the 'last hour' before shipping day, or if we have a holiday on Monday or Tuesday.

The transit time is usually 3-4 days to the lower 48 states.

PAYMENT – Money order, check, and PayPal. Credit card purchases are processed through PayPal as well, however we can process your credit card transaction manually through a telephone sale. Please call (352) 245-4145, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., (Eastern Standard Time.)
