The Clarinervium has heart shaped leaves. The leathery, thick leaves feel like velvet. The silvery veins give a stunning contrast on the dark green leaves.

It is easy to grow and it is an excellent indoor plant.  

Hardiness Zone - 10. This is a tender plant and will not tolerate frost. Minimum temperature is around 45 Fahrenheit. Optimal temperature is between 70 and 80 Fahrenheit.
Bloom – Not significant.
Winter - If it has to endure temperatures below 50º Fahrenheit, it will need to be in a low-humidity environment. Its leaves will need to be kept dry.
Mature Height - This plant will grow to 3-4' in the landscape and 20-24" if potted.
Sun - Prefers filtered high light but will tolerate medium light level.
Water - Keep soil evenly moist but not wet. This plant likes humid air but will do fine in normal indoor temperature and humidity.
Fertilizer - Use a soluble fertilizer frequently at a low to moderate rate.
Soil - This is plant requires a light, well draining mix.
Container - This is an excellent container plant.
